Your purchase

How are the products created?

Physical products: We work with a print-on-demand dropshipper. These have locations all over the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped by the facility that can do so most efficiently.

How can I track my order?

Physical products: You will receive a tracking link via email when your order is shipped. If you have any questions about tracking or your shipment, write us an email at contact@inbalstarot.com.

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what should I do?

Physical Products: We are very sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us within one week to contact@inbalstarot.com with photos of the damaged product, the order number and any other details you have about your order. We will suggest a solution to you as soon as possible.

Delivery

When will I receive my order?

Digital products(continuations, PDFs, etc.) will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. When paying through third-party providers (Paypal and Co.), please note that the product will be sent to the email address stored with these third-party providers. Please also check your spam folder.

Physical Products: It usually takes 3 - 7 days to process an order, after which it will be shipped. Delivery time depends on your location and is estimated as follows:

  • Europe: 6-8 working days
  • USA: 3-4 business days
  • Australia: 2-14 business days
  • Japan: 4-8 business days
  • other countries: 10-20 working days

Where will my order be shipped from?

Physical products: We work with an on-demand -Company that processes orders with facilities around the world. Depending on where you are, orders will be processed and shipped by the facility that can do so most efficiently.

Will I be charged customs fees for my order?

Physical products:International orders may be subject to an additional customs duty - and tax fee applies. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by the local customs office. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Please check directly with your local customs office to find out whether they charge duties and taxes on your purchases.

My order should have been here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Digital products (Sequels, PDF's and Co.) will be sent immediately to the email address you provided. When paying through third-party providers (Paypal and Co.), please note that the product will be sent to the email address stored with these third-party providers. Please also check your spam folder.

Physical products: Before you contact us please help us as follows:

  • Check the shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
  • Check with the local post office to see if you have the package.
  • Check with your neighbors to see if the courier delivered the package to you.

If the delivery address was correct and the package was not delivered to the post office or your neighbor, contact us at [gib hier deine Support-Email ein] with your order number.

If you found an error in your shipping address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own expense.

Returns

What are your return policies?

Digital products(continuations, PDFs, etc.) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Physical products: We work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered. To avoid overproduction, I ask you to think about the environment and not order unnecessary products.

If there is something wrong with your order, you can return it within 14 days. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or you are dissatisfied by contacting us at contact@inbalstarot.com.

Do you offer refunds?

Digital products(continuations, PDFs, etc.) cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Physical Products: Refunds will only be offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of these apply, contact our customer support at contact@inbalstarot.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged items and we will take care of it.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

Digital products(continuations, PDFs, etc.) cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Physical Products: Because we work with a print-on-demand provider who only produces the items when they are ordered, we do not currently offer exchanges. To avoid unnecessary production of items, check our size charts to check which size fits. We have one for each item in our store in the product description. While it's rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this is the case, please let us know at contact@inbalstarot.com within one week of receiving your order. Include the order number and photos of the mislabeled item. We will send you a new one or refund you the purchase price!
